Who operates Eclipse Travels

Eclipse Travels is a travel-planning brand and project operated by Dayton GrowthCo. LLC. It is not a separate legal entity. This website and the planning services offered under the Eclipse Travels name are operated and provided by Dayton GrowthCo. LLC. References to “Eclipse Travels,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean Dayton GrowthCo. LLC operating this project.

Any planning proposal, service agreement, or planning-fee payment under the Eclipse Travels name is with Dayton GrowthCo. LLC, subject to the terms of your accepted written proposal.

Private travel planning

Eclipse Travels provides travel research and planning. The $1,000 planning fee is separate from flights, hotels, tours, guides, transfers, insurance, admissions, and other travel purchases. A written proposal confirms the scope, revisions, support, and cancellation terms before payment.

Travel purchases

Published budgets are illustrations, not binding quotes or reserved inventory. You generally book directly with suppliers, whose terms and prices apply. Weather, eclipse visibility, supplier availability, and travel performance cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery guarantee

The agreed plan is delivered within 14 calendar days after complete traveler intake. If we miss that deadline, we refund the full $1,000 planning fee and still finish the plan. The guarantee applies to planning delivery.
